Good things to write about:
- Trying it on your own text, or asking about an evaluation key for a real integration.
- Running it inside your own network instead of calling ours.
- A correction it got wrong. The sentence itself is usually the whole report, and these are the most useful messages we get.
- Anything about security. Put “security” in the subject and it gets read first.
- Anything about privacy or data handling, including asking what we hold from an earlier conversation.
